Walk to St Heliers beach, then come home to a freshly renovated four-bedroom house.

Fresh paint, new carpet and brand new built-in wardrobes in every double bedroom mean there's nothing to do but move in.

The open-plan living area flows through the kitchen and dining onto a covered deck, so you can cook, eat and entertain outdoors whatever the weather. Two bathrooms and two toilets keep busy mornings moving.

Out the back, the fenced yard has room for kids to play and summer barbecues, with a sunny porch to wind down on.

You'll have a carport plus two off-street parking spaces.

The beach, shops and transport are all within an easy walk, and the home is zoned for Churchill Park School and Glendowie College. Pets will be considered.
