Picture this scenario… your work day/week is over, now it’s your time to spend quality time with family and friends, chatting/playing games in the cabana or leisurely relaxing in either the pool or spa, while the bbq is cooking. Set approx 430mtrs from the centre of town, the well-fenced Cross-Lease property features plenty of lawn area for the children and pets to play, established fruit/citrus trees, a separate studio and great storage spaces. The extensive concrete driveway offers space for boat and campervan parking, while leading to an impressive double garage with huge workshop and side boat/carport.

The superb decking offers access via ranch-sliders and French-doors, with the interior featuring a large lounge (fireplace & heatpump), an open-plan kitchen/dining room, 3 double bedrooms, bathroom, and a separate toilet room. When the tide allows, you can kayak/paddleboard the adjacent stream out to the harbour, or walk the neighbouring ‘Kauri Track’. Come and view your new home!
