If the necessities of life mean you need to be a short commute to Nelson city, but you want to live close to walking tracks and mountain biking trails, come and see how 466 Brook Street could suit both of these needs! If being greeted by bellbird song when you get home would make you relax, and if your kids would enjoy living so close to the nearby neighbourhood playground at Hockey Reserve they could walk or ride there, bring the family to our open home, or ring me to organise your private viewing. The well presented home has a popular configuration with families, with the main bedroom and ensuite bathroom on one side of the living area, and the remaining 2 bedrooms, bathroom and office, located on the other. The sunny lounge opens onto a patio, an appealing garden and lawn, all fully fenced, and a lockable gate through to the walking path and reserve. There is a catio in place, if needed, otherwise the owners will remove it. The double internal access garage is complemented by excellent off street parking.
You really need to view this gorgeous property to appreciate everything it offers; such a peaceful, country ambience but only ten minutes’ drive into the movies and restaurants of the city.
