24 Reynolds Valley Road, Little River, Banks Peninsula

Auction (unless sold prior) from 11am, Thu 12 Nov 2026
3 Deans Ave, Christchurch

Tucked away in the picturesque Okuti Valley, this charming retreat offers a little slice of paradise, where birdsong fills the air and life moves at a gentler pace.

The cosy three-bedroom home enjoys beautiful valley views, an open-plan kitchen and dining area, warming log fire and sunny deck overlooking the hills.

Established gardens, a greenhouse and vegetable and berry gardens invite you to slow down and savour the simple pleasure of gathering fresh produce for the table.

Across two paddocks, fruit and nut orchards promise seasonal harvests, while a small sheep yard and room for a few animals complete this charming country setting.

Birdsong fills the air in this sheltered bushy setting. Native plants emerge from the existing seed base and are helping to regenerate bush in the previously logged woodlot.

Spend summer evenings around the outdoor pizza oven or unwind beneath the stars in the outdoor bath.

Part of a welcoming rural community, approximately 50 minutes from Christchurch and approx. 40 minutes from Akaroa, this is a place to slow down and enjoy the simple country life.
