Morning coffee under cover, a wander along the beach and an evening sunset just steps from home - life at 149 Revell Street comes with some lovely daily rituals. With direct beach access and Hokitika’s town centre close by, you can leave the car at home and enjoy the best of both. Beautifully updated and repainted inside and out, this 110m² home welcomes you with a new kitchen, fresh flooring and room to settle in. Two bedrooms are complemented by an office for work or hobbies, while the covered outdoor area offers a sheltered spot to unwind after a day exploring the Coast.

Behind the fresh finish are practical improvements, with cement fibre cladding, aluminium joinery and a roof replaced in 2018, alongside work to the piles and partial rewiring with a new Electrical Box. Insulation top and bottom, a heat pump and DVS ventilation system add to everyday comfort, and the carpeted single garage provides space for parking, storage or weekend projects.

An appealing first home, a comfortable place to downsize or your own coastal escape, it also has the makings of a lovely short stay accommodation. Make it your everyday address or a place to return to - with beach walks and the best coastal sunsets waiting each time.
