This delightful two-bedroom cottage in Stanmore Bay offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere with a clean, homely feel.

The open-plan living area features a heat pump for year-round comfort and extends to covered decks on both the north and south sides--perfect for relaxing outdoors.

The kitchen is well-maintained and provides plenty of storage, a spacious countertop, and a convenient breakfast bar.

Both bedrooms are generously sized, complete with built-in wardrobes, and share a bathroom with a shower over the bath. The master bedroom also opens onto the covered deck through a ranch slider.

The home's standout feature is its prime location - just a short walk to Stanmore Bay Beach, parks, and playgrounds. A few minutes' drive takes you to the local shopping center, offering cafes, restaurants, and bars.

Families will appreciate the convenience of having schools at all levels within walking distance.
