This cosy, very handy to town 3 bedroom apartment has been recently completely double glazed to provide a warm, comforting home.

The master bedroom has a built in wardrobe. The second is a smaller double and the third a warm sunny, single, which in the past has also worked well as a lovely calm office space.

A new roof had been installed this year and the exterior painted to give a fresh modern look.

There is a good bus service at the bottom of the road, although the walk into the CBD is short and mostly under cover. The dental school and hospital are walking distance.

The home is warmed with an efficient heat pump and the double glazing ensures the heat stays in and doesn’t fly out through drafty windows.

The kitchen has a new fridge, there is a also a washing machine by the back door.

The bathroom has a shower over the bath.

The garden has a large clothes line.

A new fence to provides extra privacy.

The photos do not reflect the new double glazed windows - they really are a game changer.

The current tenancy lease ends on 31st December but tenants would be happy to extend until mid Jan.
