70 Harvey Road, Marahau, Tasman

Forget all previous advertising – the owners are moving overseas and Kauri Creek needs to be sold.

Some places stay with you. Marahau is one of them, and Kauri Creek sits just minutes from the gateway to the Abel Tasman National Park.

Set across approximately 12 hectares, this remarkable property offers space, privacy, water, native bush and the freedom to create something truly special.

A consented building platform is ready for your dream home, and much of the groundwork is already done. Eight fenced paddocks, established farm infrastructure, a secure water supply, irrigation, a powered two-bay shed with a high-stud carport and a consented wastewater system are all in place.

Years of care have transformed the land. Native plantings attract abundant birdlife, a crystal-clear creek winds through the property, tracks meander through the bush, and elevated paddocks capture views towards the coast.

Imagine a holiday retreat, a future retirement haven or a place where children can explore, build huts, care for animals and spend summer afternoons playing in the creek. Kauri Creek could become your family's landmark property for generations to come.

The owners’ next adventure is calling, and Kauri Creek must be sold with or without the tiny homes. Come and experience it for yourself before the hammer falls. Let’s talk about the auction process. LIM report available. See you at the open home!
