297 Mangawhero Road, Kaponga, South Taranaki

Situated on the Mangawhero Road a short distance above the Skeet Road is this superb 83 hectare dairy property.
Currently the majority of the farm is leased and milked on by a neighbouring farmer.
The cowshed which has been unutilised for the past two seasons will be delivered supply compliant for a new owner at takeover.
This top quality flat to gentle undulating land has a central race accessing the 38 paddocks which are all supplied with reticulated Waimate West Water supply.
The 20 aside herringbone cowshed with in-shed feed system has supporting outbuildings for calf rearing, implements, supplement storage plus a workshop and silage bunker.
The four bedroom home comes with a rumpus room, dual fireplaces along with attached double garaging.
If you are currently in the market for a quality dairy farm or support land in this very popular dairying district we highly recommend taking the time to inspect and consider this reasonably limited opportunity.
