All the hard work has been done here with retaining wall in place and site prepared for a new build! Our owners have had a change of circumstances, so although this site with million-dollar views was to be the location of their dream home, they've made the hard decision to sell and now they're motivated to see it sold!

Currently set up as a glamping site with a consented utility building and stylish caravan, you can make the most of summer in paradise and plan your new build when you're ready.

Our vendors have plans that were consented for a stunning four-bedroom home including open plan living, family/media room, kitchen with scullery, two bathrooms and double garaging with additional workshop space - however the consent for this has now lapsed, but they are happy to share their vision and dream with the next owners if it helps.

Make the most of an opportunity like no other, where years of planning could now be your golden ticket to carry on the dream! Auction date set, vendors ready to move - do your homework and make it yours!

Please note the site has Land Covenants - talk to us today for more information.
