137 Ratapiko Road, Ratapiko, New Plymouth

Lake Farm offers 133 hectares (approximately) of grazing land with attractive amenities, riparian and shade planting, good farm tracks and infrastructure, including a centrally located 50 bale rotary cowshed with ACR's and Milfos plant, a drop-down vet stand, Protrack, feed troughs on an extra wide return race and a fully consented effluent system.

Other farm buildings include a workshop/implement shed, PK/fertiliser storage, and calf rearing/hay sheds, plus two silage pits with concrete floors.

There are two lakeside dwellings on the farm; a two bedroom cottage with a carport, and the three bedroom homestead with extra-large garaging and other additional storage sheds.

The Ratapiko area has a well known reliable rainfall for good grass growing conditions, close to Inglewood and half an hour to New Plymouth. This property is well set up for an owner-operator who wants a very special lifestyle on their doorstep.

The dwellings are available to view by appointment.
