I’m excited to present this fantastic opportunity in Red Beach, where location, privacy and comfort come together!

Freshly updated with new carpet and a full exterior repaint, this three bedroom home offers comfortable living with plenty of scope to make it your own.

Step inside and discover a spacious kitchen and open plan dining with an oversized living area that flows outdoors to a private, sunny courtyard where you can relax and entertain in complete privacy. It’s your own secluded outdoor retreat, perfect for enjoying the sunshine in peace. There’s also a single lock up garage and garden shed for extra storage along with plenty of space within the well established gardens to grow your own vegetables. Fully fenced for child and pet security.

And the location is hard to beat! You’re walking distance to Red Beach, local shops, cafés, medical centre, everyday amenities and public transport. Red Beach Primary is only a 14 minute walk and the property is zoned for Orewa College.

Whether you’re a first home buyer, investor or looking for a home you can add your own touches to, this property deserves your attention.

The vendors are keen to sell, and we’re heading to auction! If you’ve been searching for a home in a sought after location with the added bonus of a truly private outdoor space, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
