Opportunities like this are becoming increasingly hard to find.

Set at the end of the residential stretch of Lloyd George Road, this substantial 4300sqm Rural Lifestyle-zoned section offers the space to create something truly special.

And while it enjoys a peaceful rural outlook, it is also just approximately 550 metres from the famous and much-loved sands of Wainui Beach. It is almost impossible to find a rural lifestyle property in Wainui offering this much space and privacy while being so close to the beach.

With a northerly outlook across neighbouring farmland, there's a wonderful sense of openness here - room to position your home for the sun, take in the rural views and create the kind of lifestyle property Wainui is famous for.

Build the home you've always imagined. Add the pool, the shed, expansive lawns and gardens - there's space here to think big.

And with approximately 4300sqm of land, there's another compelling dimension: future subdivision potential, subject to normal council approvals. Enjoy the space now, while retaining the possibility to divide and conquer down the track.

One of the last substantial unbuilt sections in this part of Wainui, this is a rare opportunity to secure land with space, outlook, beach proximity and options for the future.
Build the lifestyle. Bank the potential.
