Sunny, spacious and perfectly positioned for relaxed Onetangi living, this three-bedroom home is ideal for families or those seeking a holiday home with the potential for rental income. Whether you're looking for a permanent residence or a Waiheke getaway, you can't go wrong here.

The open-plan living flows onto a covered deck, creating an easy indoor-outdoor connection, while the fantastic lawn provides loads of space for the kids to play. Enjoy established fruit trees - 3 plum, lemon, lime and a grapefruit vine.

A heat pump and wood-burner keep the home comfortable year-round, and a rumpus room below the dwelling adds valuable extra space. The family bathroom features both a bath and separate shower, complemented by a separate toilet for added convenience.

Walk to Onetangi Beach, with the Four Square and bus stops just moments away. There's a garage, excellent off-street parking with room for the boat, and the location is hard to beat. A private outdoor hot/cold shower is perfect for rinsing the beach and sand off.

This property is currently tenanted and will be sold with vacant possession.
