Elevated, quiet and with a glistening outlook over the bays and Lake Pupuke, you'll love coming home to this north facing Takapuna apartment with underground car park.
The Spencer on Byron has always been a popular choice.
A well kept building with resort style facilities located in the middle of Takapuna - but without the 'North Shore price tag'!
Affordability but without compromising location - that's smart buying.

You might be looking for your next home or it might be a home for a stable tenant - for which the demand is high.
These apartments also make a fabulous lock up and leave for out of towners who need an Auckland base.
Walk to the beach or some of Auckland's most vibrant bars and restaurants.
Coffee is always close and always top notch in this part of town.
A pool, spa, full sized gym and tennis court are at your disposal for added convenience, not that you'd need it.
