There are so many options with this unique property.
Firstly, we have a Total Span shed 7m x 6.5m , with a stud height of 3.6m and two roller doors.

The first half contains a cleverly designed and beautifully finished self-contained studio apartment with kitchenette, lounge / dining, bathroom & loft sleeping space. Fully insulated, double glazed, heat pump + gas hot water heater.
Walk through the internal door to the garage or workshop with extra storage space in the loft.

Outside, next to the shed, a level parking bay for a trailer, boat or other vehicles.

Set on a 639m2 section with ample space to plan and build your future dream home with uninterrupted sea views.
Walk to the hot pools, launch your boat in the estuary or a drive a short distance to Waihi Beach.

Work from home or enjoy a relaxing, private and very comfortable coastal getaway.
