SH26 Morrinsville Road, Newstead, Waikato

A rare opportunity to secure a substantial freehold landholding immediately alongside the boundary of Hamilton City.

Two freehold titles zoned General Rural are offered for sale by NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi following completion of the Waikato Expressway. Now surplus to requirements, this could represent fantastic value for money for buyers who recognise opportunity and potential.

The property provides significant acreage with a range of possible uses. Explore options for grazing, cropping, explore horticultural opportunities, or simply establish an impressive rural lifestyle property given the property's exceptional proximity to the city.

Predominantly bare land, the property includes a couple of existing barns, while beautiful mature oak and deciduous trees provide established character and could create a spectacular setting for a future home.

Located in Ruakura/Newstead on Hamilton's eastern fringe, the property enjoys the best of both worlds - genuine scale and outlook while sitting immediately alongside a city experiencing significant growth and investment.

Nearby expansion includes new residential development alongside major infrastructure, education and employment drivers such as the Ruakura Superhub and University of Waikato.

Adding further appeal, newly constructed pedestrian and cycle connections provide convenient access into Hamilton's wider pathway network, bringing the city even closer.

Finding acreage of this scale so close to Hamilton is increasingly rare.
