63 Millers Road, Motukarara, Selwyn

Colliers is delighted to exclusively market 63 Millers Road, Motukarara.

This is an attractive 111 hectare rural holding, with approximately 76 hectares currently capable of being irrigated and 105 hectares covered by irrigation consent. Operated as a beef-finishing enterprise since the vendors retired from dairying in 2012, the property benefits from established infrastructure and existing irrigation and land-use consents. These attributes provide flexibility to continue beef production, transition to dairy support, or pursue an alternative productive land use.

The flat contour provides a high proportion of usable land and offers scope for further development and value enhancement. An 'A' grade FEP audit was achieved in 2024, supporting confidence in the
property's environmental compliance. Opportunity exists to improve pasture production with increased irrigation and fertiliser management.

Two dwellings, cattle yards, substantial shedding and a wintering barn provide a comprehensive operational platform. Collectively, these attributes position this as a well-equipped, near turn-key
rural asset with flexibility for a range of productive uses. Interested parties are encouraged to view early as properties with these characteristics are in strong demand.

• Irrigation Consent for 105 hectares
