319 Waiau Road, Onaero, New Plymouth

Positioned on the highly desirable Waiau Road, Urenui, this 41.07ha property presents an appealing opportunity with three purchasing options available. Buyers can secure the entire property or purchase either of the two titles separately, comprising a 4.56ha bareland block and a larger 36.51ha support block. With its sought-after location and flexibility of purchase, there is plenty to consider at 319 Waiau Road.

The smaller 4.56ha title features completely flat contour and road frontage to both Waiau Road and Inland North Road, making it an attractive prospect for those looking to build in the area. The larger 36.51ha title offers a good balance of flat to gently rolling land, well suited to grazing or cut-and-carry operations. Currently leased as part of a neighbouring dairy farm, the property is efficiently laid out with a central race system, established fencing, town water supply and a range of existing farm infrastructure.

The larger 36.51ha title also includes a four-bedroom home, a disused 25-a-side herringbone cowshed that remains in very good order, a four-bay implement shed and a large, enclosed barn. These improvements provide a useful base for those considering the support block, while the smaller title offers a separate bareland option. The property has been operated as part of the neighbouring dairy farm since 2022, providing an established grazing block for prospective buyers to consider.

Whether you are looking to purchase the full 41.07ha property, secure the 4.56ha bareland block or add the 36.51ha support block to an existing operation, the choice is yours. With three purchasing options available in a desirable Urenui location, this is a property well worth your consideration.
