Affectionately known as 'The Gin Trap, this authentic Kiwi Bach has long been a much-loved retreat for its owners and a hugely popular holiday rental. Set on a level 842sqm beachfront section beside Motunau Park, it enjoys privacy and expansive sea views.
With a fresh, modern feel, this three-bedroom property retains the charm of a traditional Kiwi bach. The master bedroom on the upper split level enjoys stunning sea views, while the lower level features an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with great views, plus two bedrooms. A single garage beneath the house provides storage for beach toys and a quad bike.
A favourite with visitors, the outdoor hot and cold shower offers a practical touch of luxury after a day in the sand and surf. Easy beach access, ample off-street parking and a nearby café make this an ideal beach retreat. This is truly one of Pukehina's gems.
