This attractive architecturally designed home (by John Davey) was commenced in circa 1994 and is awaiting completion. Currently, it's closed in with the gib boarding partially completed. An elevated warm sunny site, north facing with floor to ceiling windows giving a fabulous view into Childrens Bay and the surround hill scapes. Private lane access, surrounded by modern homes, a great opportunity to secure your place an easy entry level provided your able to complete the work. Note, it's being offered "as is where is" and the consents etc will all have to be addressed along with the upgrading requirements to comply. A "how to achieve this" is in the property files - supplied by the Christchurch City Council.

The vendor has retired and is determined to move on, so seize this opportunity as it's a very rare one. Also note inspections are not suitable to bring children through due to the hazards of an incomplete structure. Call me, and we can go from there.
