583 Lusk Road, Ruawai, Kaipara

Here's an opportunity to secure a sizeable bare land block in the heart of the Kaipara. 583 Lusk Road, Ruawai offers 81.5746 hectares (approx. 201 acres) of grassland and rolling country, well suited to a beef finishing operation.

The pasture provides a solid base for finishing cattle, and the mix of easier and rolling contour gives you options for managing stock through the seasons. Stands of mature native forest and established native trees (Good Size Kauri Trees) add shelter and shade for livestock, an asset on any finishing unit. Bird life is abundant, the north facing aspect makes this an excellent breeding or finishing block.

Whether you're an established farmer looking to add scale, a run-off buyer wanting finishing country to complement an existing operation, or someone ready to build a beef unit of their own, this block deserves a close look or looking for a quiet country retreat, this would suit a variety of options.

Set in a quiet, well-established rural community on the boundary of Matakohe, Ruawai and Ararua this property is within easy reach of Dargaville and local services, with the convenience of being part of a strong farming district. Handy to local schools and services - approx 20 minutes to Ruawai and the Kaipara Harbour.
