76 Hunts Road, Mokoia, South Taranaki

This immaculately presented WCL dairy farm offers everything you need to step into farm ownership or downsize to a more manageable operation. Everything has been completed for you, new water system, new fencing, metaled races and regrassing. All you need to do is sign up and start farming.

This property has been given a new lease of life over the last few years and has gone from a 65,000kgMS property to a 70,000kgMS property with room for further growth now with split calving. The calf rearing operation being done alongside the dairy farm is well laid out and extremely impressive with 400 calves being reared alongside 35 R2s. Whatever system you like to run, you have every opportunity here.

The farm has a fantastic layout and is located just off the state highway, 10 minutes south of Hawera, on a no exit road. The views of Hawera and the water tower tell you how close you are with Mokoia school just minutes away. A tidy 3 bedroom brick home with mature trees sits nicely nestled in the centre of the property.
