98 Cape Rodney Road, Leigh, Rodney

Poised on Cape Rodney Road, between Leigh Harbour and the famous Goat Island Marine Reserve, this one-hectare slice of coastal countryside has something rather special going for it. Harbour views on one side, ocean views on the other, and a whole lot of possibility in between.

It's not a finished masterpiece, and that's exactly where the excitement lies. This is your chance to take a beautiful piece of land and make it your own. Imagine a thoughtfully designed home positioned to make the most of those views, gardens that grow with you, and space to create a lifestyle that feels a little less ordinary.

Look across the rolling green hills towards Leigh village and the Tawharanui Peninsula, with the potential for northern vistas towards Little Barrier and Great Barrier Island, depending on where you build. The landscape provides the backdrop; what you do with it is up to you.

And the location? Well, it's hard to argue with that.

Spend your mornings exploring the underwater wonders of Goat Island, launch the boat from Leigh Harbour, wander the shoreline at Matheson Bay, or head into Matakana for a coffee, the markets and a spot of village life. With Matheson Bay around five minutes away, Matakana approximately ten minutes down the road and Auckland roughly an hour's drive, you can enjoy that lovely balance of coastal country living without feeling a million miles from everything.

Some buyers will see a paddock. Others will see the beginnings of something extraordinary.
