If peace, privacy and the simple pleasures of country living are on your wish list, then this exquisite lifestyle retreat will steal your heart!
Set on a picturesque 9964m2, this magical property is an absolute haven for nature lovers. Years of thoughtful landscaping have created a stunning sanctuary of established native, deciduous and fruit trees, attracting an abundance of birdlife. The hard work has been done, leaving you to simply sit back and enjoy the rewards and add your own touch should you want.
And what a setting it is!
Imagine relaxing on your covered patio, a glass of wine in one hand and a good book in the other, with nothing but birdsong to interrupt your thoughts. Pure bliss!
With gorgeous views to the Tararuas, a fantastic building site awaits your dream home, with power, town water on the road, and there is a water tank already in place.
For those wanting to escape the hustle and bustle right now, there's a basic little cottage complete with two beds, a bench and garage. It's certainly roughing it, but that's half the charm! A weekend getaway where you can truly switch off from the world.
Meandering through the property is a delightful little creek with its own bridge, an absolute magnet for children to explore, splash and create those wonderful childhood memories.
The possibilities are endless!
Build your dream home, create a unique glamping retreat (subject to council approval), simply enjoy this enchanting property as your own private escape, or dream what your green fingers could do with the fertile land.
