If you're looking for a property with potential and aren't afraid of a bit of hard work, this one is worth a look.

An estate sale, this original Lockwood home has had just one owner and is ready for its next chapter. Offering two bedrooms, a single garage and a large section 1,012m2. It's a property that needs some attention but may appeal to buyers keen to roll up their sleeves or simply start again.

There are, however, some great features worth noting. The elevated site has views towards Kapiti Island, the river is close by, and established walnut and fruit trees add a touch of character to the grounds.

This isn't a polished home, and it won't suit everyone. But for those prepared to take on a project, there may be an opportunity here to make the most of the section, the outlook and the location.

Being sold by Deadline Sale, this is your chance to assess the property, weigh up the possibilities and decide if it's the right project for you.

The Deadline for this property is Wednesday 18th November at 12pm and will not be sold prior.
