With Madills Farm Recreation Reserve opposite, Kohimarama Beach within easy reach, and popular schooling for all ages, withing walking distance, this property offers huge appeal.

Held by the same family for 47 years, this classic 1950s home has been loved and enjoyed by two generations. Now, it offers a new family the opportunity to renovate, rejuvenate and make it their own.

Set on an elevated, sunny 857 square metre section, the home has a strong street presence and retains much of its original character. Rimu flooring, French windows, high ceilings and generously proportioned rooms provide an appealing starting point for renovation.

The layout includes five bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living area, a separate kitchen and a sunroom, with scope to adapt the spaces to suit modern family life.

Generous grounds at the front and rear invite fresh ideas for landscaping, outdoor entertaining and additional parking, with the possibility of a pool, subject to the necessary approvals.

A much-loved home, ready for its next chapter.
