Your own little escape, with adventure on the doorstep. This 745m2 (more or less) section alongside the picturesque Whanganui River offers a peaceful spot in Manunui, just south of Taumarunui. With a mix of flat and sloping land, there's room to imagine the possibilities, whether that's a home, holiday bach or your own riverside retreat, with any building subject to council consent. And what a place to put down roots. The Ruapehu region is an adventure playground, with world-class fly fishing, river adventures, walking and cycling trails, and nearby Mount Ruapehu offering mountain escapes through every season. Spend your days exploring, then return to your own quiet corner by the river. Bring your ideas and come and see what's possible.
