Welcome to 8 Albro Lane, Algies Bay, a prime 1172sqm section offering a fantastic opportunity to build in a serene coastal setting.

Only 200m walk from the beach via a native bush covered walkway, this north-facing, gently sloping section with sea views is a prime location for a sunny, warm home, perfect for a family, or to retire to. The section is tucked in at the quieter end of Algies Bay, it has a northerly aspect with views of the sea, lush bush and rural landscape. If you are a "boatie" you'll find the two excellent boat launching ramps handy to home. The waterfront reserve also offers a playground for the young, as well as grassy reserve and BBQ facilities for summer picnics at the beach.

Complimenting life in the Bay are the local shops, eateries, community and educational facilities, plus transport. The wider area of Warkworth and Matakana offer a large playground of beaches, reserves, wineries and more.
