247 Te Kapua Road, Mangaweka, Rangitikei

Opportunities of this calibre are hard to find. Te Kohi presents as an impressive, genuinely walk-in farming operation where the investment in infrastructure, fertiliser and overall farm development is immediately evident.
Comprising 319.3354 hectares, the property is run as a breeding and forward-store operation, combining approximately 25 hectares of useful flats alongside medium hill country. The property has an excellent fertiliser history, with a comprehensive programme of regular superphosphate applications providing a strong foundation for ongoing production. The outstanding infrastructure is a real feature, including a large four-stand woolshed, covered yards and excellent shedding, complemented by quality fencing and good tracking throughout the property.

The flats are supplied by the Mangaweka Water Scheme, while the hill country is serviced by creeks and dams. Completing the package is a sound and comfortable family home set amongst well-established grounds, providing an appealing base from which to enjoy and operate the farm.
Te Kohi represents a standout opportunity to secure a well-developed breeding and forward-store property with the infrastructure, fertiliser history and farming fundamentals firmly in place. Walk in, take over and get on with farming.
