UNIQUE RURAL PROPERTY - MAPIU SCHOOL

For Tender - Surplus to Requirements.

Here's your opportunity to secure a truly unique piece of Mapiu history set on 1.2318 hectares of land with approximately 345m² of existing building space.

Located on State Highway 4 the property sits in a peaceful rural setting approximately 25 minutes South of Te Kuiti.

The substantial building comprises:
• Two classrooms with open-plan spaces
• Staff room
• Large areas offering potential for a variety of uses
• Redevelopment and redecoration required

Outside, the property features large, flat playing fields, sundry outbuildings and a fully fenced concrete swimming pool, which has not been used for some time.

With its generous landholding, existing buildings and peaceful rural setting, this property could offer an interesting opportunity for those looking to repurpose the existing school buildings, subject to the necessary consents, or potentially explore conversion to a home and lifestyle property.
