Welcome to the Palms, where the feel of the towering Palms will sweep you off your feet, to a picturesque place, where you can relax as if you are on a deserted island. Well sort of...as its not too far from the bustling Thames Township and all the amenities that we require in life.
A beautiful home, welcomes you with much Aroha, with its sweeping driveway surrounded by manicured gardens. There is much to offer here with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 lounge areas, and a large 2 car garage.
Now this is where it gets exciting as there is space for the campervan and the boat, and even room to swing the cat in the outdoor area under the Archgola. Imagine spending down time, just reading a book, or having friends and family over to entertain them in this extra outdoor room creating memories to last a lifetime.
The main lounge has a vista of tinted windows, providing lots of light and space, leading into a dining space, large enough to contain a huge table for all to sit and enjoy meals together. The kitchen space is designed for a food fanatic, with everything at your finger tips and has a butlers pantry, so you can hide all your messes. Imagine that!
When there is just the 2 of you, the convenient kitchen bar, is great for the breakfasts together. Open the windows to hand the food to the Barby and live the life. I am sure that the spa would go nice under the Archgola as well.
The second lounge is a good space to accommodate the teenagers and all the bedrooms flow beautifully through the hallway. The master bedroom along with ensuite and walk in wardrobe is quietly tucked away at the end of the house with views of the amazing garden.
This is a property to put at the top of your list to come and view, to see for yourself how much love has been put into making this a beautiful home for someone to continue loving it as much as these owners have.
