Prime Waingawa industrial – sale or lease

Positioned within the established Waingawa Industrial Estate, 30 Ahumahi Road presents an excellent opportunity for owner-occupiers, investors and tenants seeking a substantial, modern building.

The building is predominantly configured as a spacious, high-stud workshop and warehouse with excellent internal clearance and practical vehicle access through a large roller door.

A tidy two-level office component includes a reception area, three offices, lunchroom facilities, and amenities. The balance of the site offers useful rear yard and outdoor storage space, making the property particularly well suited to contractors, engineering and fabrication businesses, rural service operators, trade suppliers, logistics providers and light manufacturing users.
