Your blank canvas on a gently sloping 801 square metre section in the upper Koreke Rise development. With magnificent northeasterly views of the Grandview Mountain Range framed by established neighbouring properties, there are no surprises as to what your outlook could be - 62 Koreke Loop is your opportunity to make Lake Hawea your playground.

Newly titled , take advantage of the vendors decision not to build themselves, but to offer it on to those with a vision. The southern neighbour is underway with their build, and the hive of activity from tradies in the development already suggest a vibrant and settled community. The lake is within 300-400 metres as the crow flies, and less to the bike trail along the front of Lake Hawea - your adventures await.

Priced to sell, the vendor chose this section at the time due to being more elevated, and the aforementioned views that he knew would not change with development. Make it yours next!
