17 Bradshaw Road, Paeroa, Hauraki

Set against the impressive backdrop of the Coromandel Ranges, this 41.37-hectare (more or less) property offers a substantial piece of countryside near Komata, with established bush, natural character and potential for future income generation.

The land features a medium to steep contour, with an elevated position capturing the surrounding mountain scenery. A cleared platform near the lower portion provides a starting point for those considering a future building site, subject to the necessary consents and investigations.

There is also potential to explore forestry income, including a 2026 ETS assessment returning $80,000 per annum from planting. An existing quarry on the property provides another point of interest, adding to the range of possibilities worth investigating.

Access is via a ford, with a nearby river, local walking tracks and swimming holes adding to the property's appeal. The land is fenced with seven-wire post-and-batten fencing. Buyers should note there is currently no water supply or power connection, so any future development will require careful planning and investigation.

Paeroa township is approximately 6km away, offering supermarkets, cafes, medical services, shops, recreational facilities and schooling. Thames is around 30km, Hamilton 85km and Auckland Airport approximately 111km by road.

Whether considered for its established bush, potential forestry returns, onsite quarry or future building prospects, this property offers several avenues to explore within a naturally impressive setting.
