In Banks Peninsula Tracey commenced her successful real estate career - moving from an administration role to sales, then into a branch manager role.

In 2008, Tracey decided to make a very important change and joined the real estate team at Bayleys Canterbury (Whalan and Partners Ltd). As one of New Zealand’s largest property services companies, Bayleys prides itself on having the best people in the industry, along with the energy, enthusiasm and skills to maximise the value of our clients’ real estate assets. Tracey made the move as she felt that it would be in the best interest of her clients.

Specialising in residential and lifestyle sales in the Akaroa and Banks Peninsula area Tracey has now branched out to the Brighton area. Having grown up in South Brighton she is thankful to be given the opportunity to come back and to be involved in real estate.
