David Gubb is one of Bayleys’ most experienced and successful agents and Managing Director of the Queenstown business. In his 25 years with Bayleys he has been involved in excess of 1,000 transactions covering the Rural, Commercial/Industrial, and Special Projects sectors of the business. He has consistently been one of Bayleys' top performing agents and has been recognized with the receipt of numerous awards including the prestigious National Commercial and Industrial Salesperson Of The Year Award.

Significant sales concluded in the last year include the iconic 13,800ha Lochinver Station in Taupo with a value of circa $80m, and a 400ha farm in Earnscleugh, Central Otago, at a value of circa $8.5m.

David Gubb has a property degree, majoring in valuation and is also an Authorised Financial Adviser. His analytical and professional approach to project management, coupled with his sales and marketing skills, are widely recognised and utilised within the industry.

David, in conjunction with the Bayley family, owns the Bayleys franchise for the Queenstown, Dunedin and Southland region, and since January 2014 has resided in Queenstown with his family.
