Qualified Property Manager & Business Development Manager for United Property Management. Izaan is driven by a genuine passion for helping people, which has been the central motivation throughout her life. After a 20-year career in the customer service industry, she completed her real estate license and initially entered the real estate sector, before deciding to pursue a career in property management. She is now proudly part of the United Property Management team. 

She grew up in sunny South Africa, a country with a population of nearly 60 million people and an unemployment rate exceeding 30%. From an early age, she learned the importance of standing out through hard work and excellence, which led her to build a strong foundation in the retail industry with a mindset of continuous learning and improvement. 

She later spent several years assisting in the management and oversight of a home improvement business with four large stores in the Limpopo Province, where she achieved significant success. During this time, she identified a need for creative outlets within the community and went on to launch two craft stores, where she also taught art classes in her spare time. Her innovative approach earned her a reputation among friends and clients as “the problem solver.”

In 2017, she made the life-changing decision to relocate her family to New Zealand. She arrived in picturesque Rotorua with her three boys and what they could fit into their suitcases. Since then, she has been building a new life, exploring the beautiful islands of New Zealand, and embracing the local community and Kiwi culture. 

With extensive experience in service delivery and customer satisfaction, she is committed to delivering exceptional experiences and a personal touch throughout every property management journey.
