Born in Scotland and now based in Khandallah, Ryan Hopkins brings 20 years of sales experience and a no-nonsense, results-driven approach to every transaction.

He holds a BSc (Hons) in Property Management & Valuation (RICS-accredited), making him one of the few qualified property valuers working in residential real estate. This gives his clients a clear advantage when it comes to pricing strategy, marketing, and negotiations.

Before entering real estate, Ryan spent 14 years in high-level media sales, where negotiation, marketing, and client strategy were second nature.
