Dave moved to Tauranga from Australia to embark upon a career within Real Estate today. We recently engaged the services of Dave Elers to act for us in the selling of our home at on Levers Road. Initially Dave visited us and thoroughly explained the whole process in detail to our satisfaction. During the selling process, Dave was in daily contact with us, keeping us informed of every detail of the sale. Dave’s marketing of our property was absolutely superb to say the least. Upon receiving an offer on our property, both Dave and ourselves felt it was a lot lower than the realistic market price we had set. Dave started negotiations with the prospective buyer and through tenacity and his very professional manner attained the price that we were looking for. It must be said that it was not an easy sale and Dave had the work very very hard to secure it which he did magnificently well in our opinion.
