In the real estate market you need a passionate and dedicated agent that has 5 key skills.These are mine: 

1. Communication & Client ConnectionSelling (and buying) a home is one of the biggest things you do in life and for some, it can be a verystressful and anxious time. Many people are wanting to work with someone with great and consistentcommunication skills. That someone is me! I’ll keep you updated every step of the way. After everyviewing, every open home, enquiries and the like you will be hearing from me. Empathy is a big word inmy vocabulary and not all property transactions are exciting and easy, so during the harder and moreemotional times it’s important to understand your client and be able to gauge the preferred style of contactand communication people want. Be patient and listen to their needs. 

2. Market KnowledgeHaving lived in Oxford since 2007 I have gained strong knowledge of the market in the township andsurrounding areas and how uniquely it performs to other areas of North Canterbury. Moving into theKaiapoi Office in May 2024 is giving me a strong base to learn about this vibrant township. In saying that, todate I have been working across different areas of Canterbury and dig deep to understand sales statisticsand trends. 

3. NegotiationStrong negotiation skills are vital to ensure that you get the best result, this is the case for every singleperson we work with. We believe that by not pricing your property for sale in the initial stages assists in youobtaining a more premium price. We can then work to understand where buyers see value and how to getthe best deal for your situation. 

4. Systems and ProcessesHarcourts Four Seasons has incredibly strong processes in place which both Buyers and Sellers can haveconfidence in and ensures they are being guided ethically and correctly throughout their campaign. Aneffective buyer network ensures that no stone is unturned and that your property is showcased wide to thebest audience. 

5. Buyer’s KnowledgeMy Real Estate Career has seen me working closely with buyers (both local and from out of town) to assistin finding and securing their new homes/investment properties. This has been a thoroughly rewarding andenjoyable experience getting to know different people and gaining their trust in such an important, highvalue investment in their life.
