 Rosa has an extensive background in sales & marketing,is an enrolled barrister & solicitor of the High Court of NZ (admitted2017), and is also an Associate of the Real Estate Institute (AREINZ), bringingtechnical expertise to her work and sound advice on contracts, councilregulations, property marketing and sales strategies.

 She gives back to the local community as a current boardmember of the Christchurch Art Gallery Foundation and is an avid outdoors fan,often enjoying the local running trails or out on her road bike.
