Jason grew up in Otaihanga on the Kapiti Coast. Hedescribes an idyllic childhood exploring the Waikanae River with his dog andmates. 

He joins Howard & Co with over 20 years of experiencein property investment. He has worked with agents across the country and knowsfirst-hand what works. After selling a rental property with Lowe & Co inWellington, Jason began making plans to enter real estate full time. “Theexperience was just so good - professional, but most of all, fun.”  

Jason returns to Kapiti with his family after 25+ years,spending several years in Sydney, London, and the last 18 years in LosAngeles. 

Working as brand development manager in Southern Californiafor Brown Forman, Jason was responsible for the promotion, sales, marketing andlaunching of the companies globally recognised brands. In addition, he spentseveral years in the restaurant industry in Los Angeles and was the foundingpartner for a successful craft beer restaurant chain. 

Jason brings his love of real estate, incorporating hissales & marketing skills, a head for business, and setting an exceptionallyhigh standard in service to his work and his clients.
