Julie also specialises in the Tahunanui Hills area in which she resides. Julie has been involved in the property arena for over 20 years both in sales, marketing and interior design and is well qualified to represent your property. She has lived in apartments and understands their intricacies. She has marketed and sold a vast range of property nationally from lifestyle sections, to residential housing and exclusive waterfront development homes. Julie brings this wealth of experience to Nelson and adds strength to the Bayleys team.

Multi faceted within the property industry, Julie has been involved in both the residential and commercial arms of property for some twenty years. Formerly selling real estate in Wellington, and owner and manager of an interior design and project management company, and having completed her own residential developments. Previously Julie was involved as a marketing and sales executive for Globe Holdings - largely concentrating on prestigious waterfront developments and leading edge housing and apartments in Wellington and Nelson.
