Janine has experienced many levels of Property Management over the past 14 years – with the last 10 years focusing on ownership/growth and sale of a successful rent roll, provincial Property Management within the Taranaki region under Property Management Groups, Property Manager over a number of years (both employed and self-employed) and managing, training staff and colleagues to strive and grow in the Property Management Industry. With a particular interest in on the ground and present Property Management , essential communication, social skills, procedure and structure. Born and bred in Taranaki, Janine has strong communicative, management, growth and system experience. Janine has come on board to assist the rapidly growing Property Brokers New Plymouth office in all aspects of forward thinking, professional Property Management, working with a team of great people raising the bar for Property Management right across New Zealand.
