After over 25 years in real estate, I’ve built a record that includes more than $1.3 billion in residential sales and more than 10 years ranked among the company’s top five. This is a reputation earned property by property, through honest advice, hard work and the trust of clients who return and refer me to others.

Selling a home is one of the biggest financial decisions you’ll make. In a competitive market, you need an agent who knows your market, tells you the truth, negotiates with confidence and has the experience to make your property stand out.

I don’t believe there is a formula that works for every home. Every property, seller and market is different, so I take the time to listen, understand what matters to you and create a strategy tailored to your circumstances. From presentation and photography through to marketing, negotiation and the final result, every detail matters. I treat every little thing as though it’s everything.

My PhD in biophysics has shaped the way I work: analytically, methodically and with an obsessive eye for detail. I combine that approach with decades of real-world property experience, so decisions are grounded in both data and judgement.

But ultimately, real estate is about people. I get genuine satisfaction from bringing buyers and sellers together and helping my clients achieve a result they feel genuinely good about. Many of my strongest relationships have come through referrals, and I value that trust enormously.

I’m also a wife and mother of two, and family, relationships and genuine connection are important to me. Those values carry through into the way I work: with integrity, care and a commitment to doing what I say I will do.
