I have gone through the process myself of selling my parents' home, moving them to a retirement villa and later to hospital care facilities. With a prior career with the New Zealand Police Force, I have been involved in dealings with many different types of people and situations, which I believe has given me a broad outlook on life, important when dealing with people and property which can often be emotional for both buyer and seller.

In real estate I have achieved “NZ Premier Member” and “Million Dollars Sales Member” status awards together with “Long Service Ribbon” - a good conduct medal awarded whilst working in the Ministry of Transport. Interaction with communication is a must if you are to achieve your dream.
