Zair prides himself on building strong lasting relationships based on trust, honesty, and keeping things simple – by way of translating wants and needs into realistic workable solutions. He takes a ‘no-nonsense’ approach and has an uncanny ability to generate deals out of nothing, by way of identifying opportunities that others fail to recognise.

Over the years Zair has built an extensive database system on buyers, owners, and occupiers of commercial and industrial property in the markets he operates in, which he believes is a key ingredient for his success.

Back in 2019 Zair gained his full Real Estate Agent’s License (the highest qualification in the Real Estate profession in New Zealand), and later that same year became an Associate of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (AREINZ).
