Team Rachel & Hayden brings together Rachel Findlater and Hayden Sproat, Licensee Salespersons at Ray White Invercargill. Both are Southland locals and shareholders in the office, working with people buying and selling property in Invercargill and the surrounding region.

Rachel brings experience in property development, new builds, homeownership and residential sales, including work in Invercargill and Queenstown. Hayden grew up on a Southland lifestyle property, completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Otago and returned to Invercargill after living and working in London.

Together, they focus on clear communication, sharing market feedback and explaining each stage of a sale or purchase. They welcome conversations with first-home buyers, people moving to a different home and investment-property owners.

Rachel and Hayden each received individual Premier Performer recognition for 2025/2026 (July 2025 to June 2026) and 2024/2025 (July 2024 to June 2025). These awards are recorded against the individual members.
