Josh is a Commercial and Industrial Broker, specialising inAuckland Central Industrial Corridor. Prior to his Real Estatecareer, Josh has a background in Sports Management, where he represented astable of Professional Rugby players across New Zealand, including Super Rugbyand International Test players. This allowed Josh to hone his skills as anexpert negotiator and communicator.

Holding both a Bachelor of Property and Bachelor of Commerce fromthe esteemed University of Auckland – Josh has a wealth of knowledge. Thiscompliments his trademark grit and determination, which underpins his exemplarywork ethic.

From a family deeply rooted in the Construction industry, Josh hasa strong passion for Property. Joining James Group in January 2024 – born andbred in Central Auckland, Josh is well connected throughout the City. Workingalongside business partner, Alex Kenel, they are committed to servicing yourproperty needs through Central Auckland.

Outside of the office, Josh enjoys hacking his way around a golfcourse and on the grass playing and coaching Representative level Rugby.
